Norman Morris Wright, 78, of Harrison, passed away at home on Thursday, December 8, 2022.

Norman was born and raised in McRoberts, Ky. He moved to Tennessee in 1969 to begin a career with BellSouth and retired from the company in 2001.

Norman was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed sharing his love of the outdoors with family and friends. He was also a devoted fan of University of Kentucky sports.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Mae Wright, and his brothers, Wendell and Darrell Wright.

He is survived by his sons, Jamie (Jeni) Wright, Scott (Amy) Wright, and Kevin Wright; grandsons, Nolan and Tobin Wright, and siblings, Gary Wright, Jeff Wright, David Wright, Tim Wright, Nelda Taylor, Martha Bentley and Karen Phillips.

The family will receive friends on Dec. 21, from 3-7 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home at Highway 58.
