Frances Lourene White, 56, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2022, in a local hospital.

She was a 1984 City High School graduate. She was employed by Hamilton County Department of Education for many years. Frances was a member of Greater Faith Temple Baptist Church where she was a member of the Usher Board and the Choir. She was a parent volunteer at Avondale Recreation Center.

Frances was preceded in death by her grandmother, Rosa Lee Harden; stepfather, Leslie Lamar Trollinger; and sister, Dia’Juanna J. Trollinger.

Survivors include her loving son, John Isbell; two daughters, Niakiah Ward and Alexis Neely; five grandchildren, Kiana, Kaivon, Destiny, JaiYun, and Ta’Kiyah “Poodie”; mother, Elaine H. Trollinger; sister, Leslie LaShawn Trollinger; uncle, Fredrick (Rosetta) Harden; nephew, Darrius (Tiffany) Trollinger; niece, Danielle Oliver; great-nieces, Na’Taejah, De’Harmoni, and Ta’mija; bonus daughter, Nakisha Caffey; a host of aunts; cousins; other relatives; special friend, Scotty McClure and many other friends.

Frances will lie in state on Friday, June 3, from 12:30-5 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be on Saturday, June 4, at 11 a.m. in the chapel with Elder Michael Lacy as the eulogist.

Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
