Charles Brian Denton
Charles Brian Denton, 53, of East Ridge, Tennessee, passed away Saturday, August 13, 2022.
He was born in Chattanooga and attended East Ridge Elementary School, East Ridge Middle School and East Ridge High School. He also attended Chattanooga State Technical Community College. He opened Title Max in East Ridge where he was store manager. Chuck was a world-class baseball player and an avid UT Vols fan.
Charles was preceded in death by his mother, Martha Louise Denton; a sister, April Denton; a cousin, James Denton; and second cousin, Jamie Denton.
Survivors include three children, Brady, Cassie, and Micheala; two grandchildren; father, Charles “Chuck” Denton; twin sister, Charlene Denton; step-sister, Tammy (Doyle) Johnson; step-brother, Mike (Tami) Reese; and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18, at Spring Creek Church of God.
Funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at the church. Burial will be private.
