Nancy Rountree
Nancy E. Thrasher Rountree, 67, of East Ridge, passed away on August 14, 2022.
Nancy was born on March 11, 1955. She was preceded in death by her father; Thomas Thrasher; and her husband, Robert Rountree.
Nancy is survived by her mother, Wilma Thrasher; her sister, Charlotte Pickett; and several aunts and uncles.
Nancy played softball at East Ridge High School and Emmaus High School in Pennsylvania. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and raising cocker spaniel dogs. Nancy was a physical therapy assistant in Montgomery, Alabama. She was a director of a nursing home in Middle Tennessee.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 22, at Lakewood Memory Gardens South in Rossville, with Rev. Dr. Doug Plumlee officiating.
