The Chattanooga Lookouts, in their home opener on Wednesday night, outhit the Tennessee Smokies 9-6. The visitors made two errors. But the Lookouts still lost 9-3.

A five-run seventh inning paved the way for the Smokies' win.

Tyler Callihan had three hits for Chattanooga.

Andrew Moore took the loss on the mound.

Hunter Parks started for Chattanooga.

The defeat drops the Lookouts to 0-4 on the young season.

The Smokies, who are awaiting their brand new home in Knoxville, are now 3-1.

The two teams meet again at AT&T Field on Thursday night starting at 7:15 p.m.
