Larry Roger Stewart, 75, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Thursday, April 11, 2024 at his home.
He was born February 1, 1949, in Dalton, a son of the late Earnest and Bernice Franklin Stewart. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Lee Stewart of the residence; daughter and son-in-law, Wendy and Jerry Martin of Rocky Face, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Jenerfier Pritchett of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Baylee Martin, Hunter and Kila Martin, Tanya and Trevor Watkins, Shandi Pritchett, Ragan Pritchett, Maryjane Pritchett, Chasity Pickering, Cameron Burch; great grandchildren, Blaze and Marlee.
Memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Larry Roger Stewart will be held on Monday, April 15, at 3 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Monday. Inurnment will follow in the Fairy Valley Baptist Church Cemetery with American Legion Post 167 Chatsworth in charge of Military Honors.
