Vera was born in Canton, Ohio, and her life journey was one of unwavering love, profound faith, and enduring grace.

Vera's life was defined by her dedication to her family and her passion for music. An accomplished pianist, she had the privilege of sharing her talent with renowned musicians such as Rudy Atwood and Dino Kartsonakas, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the pleasure of hearing her play.

In her 60 years of marriage to Dr. David Angus, Vera exemplified the true meaning of partnership and commitment. Together, they raised a beautiful family and shared countless precious moments. Vera's strength, kindness, and unwavering support were the cornerstone of her family's foundation.

Vera was preceded in death by her parents, Gertrude and Milo Williams, her beloved “hubby” Dr. David Angus, and her daughter, Talitha Hendrix.
