Jared Alexander Hamilton, infant, died on Sunday, July 17, 2005, in a local hospital.
He is survived by his parents, David and Rebecca Mattheiss Hamilton; brothers, Jonah Roach and Justin Hamilton; sister, Amanda Hamilton; grandparents, Janice Hamilton, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Mattheiss and Norma Jean Mattheiss; aunts and uncles, Randy and Debbie Mooneyham, Johnny and Joyce Lanham, Chester and Pam Hamilton Jr., Jeff and Lisa Mattheiss, Mike Mattheiss, Richard Mattheiss and Don Mattheiss.
Funeral services will be at noon Wednesday, at Hamilton Baptist Church with the Rev. Jerry McNair officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
There will be no visitation.
Arrangements are by Chattanooga Funeral Home, East Chapel.
