Curtis Issac Viar, 61, of East Ridge, died Saturday, July 30, 2005, in a local hospital.
He was former owner of East Gate Barber and Style Shop. Mr. Viar was a member of Gospel Way Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arch and Bonnie Viar.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Viar; son, Jonathan Viar, whom he loved very much; mother-in-law, Jean Keith, Rossville; sisters, Shirley Wicker, Janice Ball, Darlene Gee and Wanda Painter; and brothers, Verlin, M.C., Bill and Danny.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Brother Lamar Dietz officiating. Interment will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens, South.
