Elisabeth Milner
Elisabeth Seay Milner, 94, of Chattanooga, died Friday, Nov 16, 2007.
Mrs. Milner was born in Jasper, Al., in 1913, but had lived in Chattanooga for the last 50 years, and during that time she had been a member of Brainerd United Methodist Church. She attended high school with her late husband, LeRoy M. Milner and they were married August 31, 1940. He preceded her in death in 1995.
Mrs. Milner was a devoted mother and is survived by her six children, Kay Gura and her husband, Lou of Barnegat Light, N.J.; Roy Milner, Jan Hubbuch and her husband Tommy, Pam Gallagher and her husband Jim, and Mary Quinlan, all of Chattanooga, and John Milner and his wife, Jeanne, of Knoxville; grandsons, Matt (Christine) Wolfe, Roy (Susannah) Milner, Brian Gura, Nick (Jessica) Hubbuch, Travis Quinlan, Lance (Jenny) Milner and Bob Milner; granddaughters, Tanya (Mario) Avila, Amy Gura, Erin Wolfe, Emily Hubbuch, Elisabeth Hubbuch, Laura (Ross) Bohannon, Meredith Quinlan and Grace Milner; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Margaret Whitaker of Birmingham, Al., and several nieces.
She will be greatly missed by all who knew her, especially her children and grandchildren. Her interest in all of us and her love for life will continue to be an inspiration and her greatest legacy.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, at Brainerd United Methodist Church.
The family will receive friends from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, at the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, 404 S. Moore Road, East Ridge, Tn.
