Memorial Health Partners Opens Office In Ooltewah

Memorial Health Partners, the region’s largest physician group, has opened a new primary care practice in the Snow Hill Road Plaza near the Publix Market in Ooltewah.

C. Michael Orquia, M.D., Julie Munson-Jackson, M.D., and Alex Stock, M.D. have relocated their practices to form Memorial Family Medicine in Ooltewah. All are board-certified specialists in Family Medicine with Memorial Health Partners.

Dr. Orquia moved from the Lakeside Medical Group on Highway 58 and Drs. Munson-Jackson and Stock moved from Chattanooga Comprehensive Care on Shallowford Road.

“I am excited to be part of the growth in Ooltewah,” says Dr. Orquia, “and I look forward to providing health and wellness services to this community.”

“With more than 100 primary care physicians serving the greater Chattanooga area we feel it is important to have offices in a variety of locations making it convenient for busy families to maintain good health relationships with their physicians,” said Paula Register, vice president of Physician Services for Memorial Health Care System and CEO of Mountain Management.

The new site features a friendly, professional atmosphere with nine examination rooms, a spacious waiting area, full laboratory and digital x-ray services, and free and ample parking near the office.

Appointments are now being accepted for new and established patients in the new office located at 5958 Snow Hill Road, Suite 124, Ooltewah. To make an appointment, please call 423 238-1210.
