In wake of the riots, high crime and double standards from our government leaders, what will it be like for your children and grandchildren in 15 years?
Increased inflation with higher taxes, having to defend yourself without due process given the laws will benefit the immigrants and non-citizens, no free speech and woke movement that will not allow debate. No Christian values or ability to have religious liberty.
Is this the country you want? You have a choice.

Mr. Bittenbender, I would like to know several things from you, if you do not mind.
1. Which double standards are you referring to? The one where the person with 80 plus charges is trying to walk about with no consequences. Or, the one where the Tennessee legislators (Republicans) keep silencing or muting the mics of certain Democratic legislators when they do not agree with them?
2. Tax increases- what policy or policies have increased our taxes? My property tax went down, as did my mortgage. Inflation is a result of greed, as are the high gas prices. (Crude oil prices 54 percent, refining costs 14 percent, taxes 16 percent, distribution and marketing costs 16 percent).
3. Crime is not up, especially violent crime, according to multiple agencies that report the numbers every year.
4. Biden is hopefully and should raise the taxes on the wealthy, which no one in this city even fits the bracket he is mentioning anyway, but I digress.
5. What has stopped you from saying what you want to? You are literally in a paper voicing your opinion. If that is not free speech, I do not know what it is. Also, religious liberty just because everyone is not a "Christian" in the manner you think they should be does not mean your liberties are being altered. I have seen zero laws or bills changing how you can worship, not one. The only thing I see is the Republican party, which I am not on either side, passing laws that are either not needed due to the problem being nonexistent or passing laws that will enforce hate against minority groups (immigrants, LBGTQ community amongst others). I would love to hear your explanation on how an what was done to cause all of the things you are mentioning. I will be waiting for your response.
But to respond to your leading question. No, this is not the country I want. All I see is hatred in our leaders and it is leaking down into the people of the country. It is very toxic and not productive at all. This group has passed the lowest number of bills since I have been on the Earth. They will not work together to one-up the other side to the detriment of the American people. We are in trouble.
