Charity Clayton
Charity Clayton, FNP-C, has joined CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Harrison. Ms. Clayton earned a bachelor’s and master’s in nursing from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Ms. Clayton has 14 years of experience, including 10 years as a medical-surgical nurse at CHI Memorial Hospital Chattanooga and more than three years caring for patients as a nurse practitioner in clinic settings. She is a native of Chattanooga.

Clayton joins Erik Ewing, MD, at CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates - Harrison. The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m.-noon. Both providers welcome new patients.
