The Motel 6 property at 5505 Brainerd Road in Chattanooga has sold for $5,200,000.

The three-story, 39,320 square-foot building sitting on 2.33 acres, was built in 1987 and renovated in 2019.

CH Hospitality LLC purchased the property from HS Developers LLC.
