April Shereen Summers, 29, of Dunlap, Tn., died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010 at her home.
She was a member of Mercy Ministries. She was an employee of NHC Health Care Center in Dunlap.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Billy Jackson Lockhart.
She is survived by her husband, Randy Summers; son, Jackson Summers; parents, Kathy and Junior Lockhart; twin sister, Ashley (Tim) Martin; nephew, Tyler Martin; maternal grandparents, Nancy and Earnest Stewart; paternal grandmother, Willie Dean Lockhart all of Dunlap; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 6 at 2 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in the Sequatchie County Memorial Gardens.
Family will receive friends on Friday, Nov. 5, from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. CDT.
