Deborah W. Anderson, 56, died on Friday, Jan. 21, 2011.

She was a lifelong resident of Ringgold and a member of Midway Baptist Church, Ringgold.

Debi had been an owner/operator of Anderson Construction for over 30 years. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and faithful Christian, who will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her father, Glenn Edward Welchance; sister, Kathy Welchance; and father-in-law, Johnny Anderson.

Debi is survived by her husband, of 40 years, Jimmy Anderson; daughters and son-in-law, Katie Anderson, of East Ridge, and Kristie and Anthony Cooper, of Ringgold; mother, Katherine Welchance; sisters, Sheri Redden and Judie Thacker; brother, Ed Welchance; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 25, in the funeral home chapel with Brother Jackie Swanson and Mark Spangler officiating. Interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 4-9 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 23, all day on Monday, Jan. 24, and prior to the service on Tuesday in the funeral home.

Arrangements are by Wilson Funeral Home, Wallis-Stewart Chapel.
