Lookout Hiking Club To Explore Guild Trail, Old Wauhatchie Pike

The Lookout Hiking Club will explore Guild Trail and Old Wauhatchie Pike on Saturday morning.

Highlights along the way include the 1803 Federal Road, Upenough Hill, the Acheson place, Grandview, the site of the first Incline, the Whiteside Turnpike, the old Cravens Road, the Hanging Gardens, Jonas Bluff, Mystery Falls and Confederate rifle pits. 

Those interested in taking part should meet at 9 a.m. at the John C. Wilson Park on Cummings Highway (old Water Slide, Big Rock Court).
