Car Runs Through House On Glenwood Drive

  • Wednesday, November 21, 2012

A car going at a high rate of speed on Glenwood Drive on Oct. 13. This car left the road, went airborne for approximately 30 feet, traveling through one yard, demolishing a full-length covered porch of a second house doing approximately $50,000 in damage and into a third yard hitting and damaging another vehicle. The driver according to neighbors, slinked away through a side yard and abandoned the scene.

Neighbors reportedly saw a second car go through the driveway of the damaged house, pick up the driver, and drive out the back way not to be seen again.

The strange thing is, the Chattanooga Police Department has nothing to report. The owners of the house that was severely damaged have absolutely nothing to go on.

Does this smell of a drug chase? The reader, as well as the home owner, must draw their own conclusions!
