NovaCopy, Inc., a provider of innovative document workflow solutions, copiers and 3D Printer systems, is featured in the inaugural ranking of Inc.’s Hire Power Awards, recognizing private businesses that have generated the most jobs in the U.S. the past three years.
From 2008 to 2011, NovaCopy grew 28 percent (from 121 to 155 positions) ranking it among the top 10 private business job creators within the state of Tennessee. In addition, NovaCopy was also recognized as the top job creator in the Business Products & Services industry in Tennessee ($20-50 million revenue range).

Inc.'s Hire Power Awards rank private businesses by the number of new jobs they generated from 2008 to 2011. In total, the top 100 companies on the list generated more than 73,000 American jobs during the three-year period.
“The top 100 companies on the list have created 73,032 American jobs in the three-year period from 2008 to 2011 – an amazing feat, given that much of that job growth came during the heart of the recession,” said Inc. editor-in-chief Eric Schurenberg. “And it isn’t just the big guys that are adding jobs. Companies with less than $50 million in annual revenue make up nearly one-third of the Hire Power list.”

Magazine’s prestigious Inc. 500/5000 list of the country’s fastest growing companies. “In 2012, we opened two branches and created more jobs - growing another 14 percent,” Mr. Metz said. “As more customers take advantage of our state-of-the-art technology and award-winning service solutions the more we will continue to grow.
