Choo Choo City Volleyball Makes Good Showing In Atlanta Tournament

This past weekend two teams from the Choo Choo City Volleyball Club played in the ATOWN SHOWDOWN in Atlanta.  This was an early sesaon,  three day tournament, featuring many of the strongest teams per age group in the Southeast.

The Choo Choo City 14-Black team lost just one game on their way to claiming  the 14 & Under tournament championship.  The Choo Choo City 15-White team finished fifth, in a 23-team 15 & Under tournament.

Choo Choo City Volleyball, now in its seventh year of operation, is the home to some 170 girls from throughout Southeast Tennessee and North Georgia, ages 10 to 18, playing on 16 teams.  Paul Brock and Michael Pittman are the lead directors of the club, and club information is available at  www.choochoocityvbc.com  .
