James Byrd
James Edward Byrd, 68, of Soddy Daisy, died on Saturday, January 26, 2013.
He was a veteran of the United States Army and he retired from Tri-State Security.
James is survived by his wife, Wanda Byrd; sons, Steve Byrd, Greg Byrd; daughter, Melissa Byrd, stepsons, Randy, Tommy and Curtis Lovelady; brothers, Roger Byrd, Bobby Byrd, Larry Byrd; sister, Shirley Kerr; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services will be on Monday, Jan. 28, at 2:30 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Carl Hunsucker officiating. Burial will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Visitation is on Sunday, Jan. 27, from 4-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
