Hutcheson Welcomes First Baby Of The New Year

Hutcheson Medical Center welcomed Brady Ray Smith, the hospital’s first baby of 2013, into the world at 1:42 p.m. on Wednesday. He weighed in at seven pounds, 12 ounces, and was 19¾ inches in length.

The proud parents, Heather and Phillip Smith, were presented by the nurses at Hutcheson’s Women’s Center with a congratulatory basket of newborn baby items and a case of diapers for their beautiful, new arrival.
