Harold Steven Rutledge, 58, of Cleveland, TN, passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2013 in a local health care facility.
Harold was born in Cleveland, OH on July 1st, 1955, a son of the late Thomas Eldridge Rutledge. He moved to Tennessee with his family as a young child. Harold graduated from Bradley Central High School in 1974. He worked as roofer for many years for Bingham and Guy Roofing Company. Harold was also known for being an avid politician.
Harold is survived by his mother, Nelda Lucille Hitchcock Rutledge; one sister, Pam Seals; one brother, Doyle Rutledge of Cleveland; numerous other extended family members; and a host of special friends.
A memorial celebration will take place on Saturday, November 9 at noon CST at the High’s Funeral Home in McMinnville, TN. The family will receive friends at the High’s Funeral home on that Saturday one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the Campaign Cemetery there in McMinnville.
There will be no formal services or visitation in Cleveland.
