Attorneys Holloway And Noblit Recognized For Excellence In Field Of Alternative Dispute Resolution

The law firm of Leitner, Williams, Dooley and Napolitan, PLLC announced that Chattanooga Attorney David Noblit and Knoxville attorney Dana Holloway have been recognized for their excellence in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution, according to the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.

The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is an association whose membership consists of ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution, and by their commitment to the practice of alternative dispute resolution. Membership is by invitation only and limited to attorney mediators and arbitrators who have proven experience in the field. All Academy members have been thoroughly reviewed and found to meet stringent practice criteria. Members are amongst the most in-demand neutrals in their respective states, as selected by both peers and local litigation firms.

Mr. Holloway and Mr. Noblit were recognized along with 14 other attorneys in the Eastern District of Tennessee for their work in alternative dispute resolution. Over the past three years, Mr. Holloway has become known as an accomplished civil mediator, having successfully mediated over 250 cases including large loss liability cases, commercial cases and complex construction matters, with a success rate of over 90%. Mr. Holloway is the senior member in the firm's Knoxville office, having served as managing member of that office since 1997.

After successful participation in mediation in a case in 1985, Mr. Noblit actively pursued a role as mediation advocate for his clients serving as a mediation advocate in well over one hundred cases. After adding a mediation practice to his areas of concentration he became listed by the Supreme Court of Tennessee as a Rule 31 Mediator in 2000. He has conducted well over 700 mediations in a wide variety of legal disputes in and around the Chattanooga area. The subject of the cases includes all aspects of civil and family law, health care liability, employment and construction disputes, and business dissolution.
