Debra Scoggins
Debra Coleman Turner Scoggins, 54, of Soddy Daisy, died on Monday, July 15, 2013 at her home.
She was born in Chattanooga on July 3, 1959.
Debra attended Oak Street Baptist Church.
Her grandparents, Hobart and Ethel Casey and Levoy and Verna Coleman preceded her in death.
She was a wonderful mother, wife, daughter, grandmother, sister and friend and will be sadly missed by those who knew her.
Survivors include her husband, Gary Scoggins; parents, James and JoAnn Coleman of Chattanooga; children, Stephanie (Michelle Hester) Turner and William Turner of Chattanooga; stepson, Zeke Scoggins of Soddy Daisy; stepdaughter, Tina Roberts of Chattanooga; brother, Michael Coleman of Decatur, TN; sisters, Sharon (Ross) Woodard of Soddy Daisy; Susan Ashby of Chattanooga; grandchildren, Payton Jackson and Kurtis Jackson; stepgranddaughter, Taylor Holmes; and one stepgreat-grandchild, Donoven Evans.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 19, at 10 a.m. in the North Chapel with Reverend Sean Landes officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 18, from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
