Evelyn Justice
Evelyn Bowman Justice, 84, of Chattanooga, died on Thursday, August 22, 2013.
She was a native of Floyd County, GA, and had lived most of her life in Chattanooga. She was a homemaker who loved taking care of her husband, children, and grandchildren. She also loved to cook, garden and spend time with the neighbors.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Carl Justice, Sr.; son, Johnny Justice; and brothers, Donald and Harold Bowman.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Denise Justice of Chattanooga; two brothers, Harvey and Billy Bowman; sister, Melvie Knott, all of Lindale, GA; grandchildren, Anthony Justice, Christopher Justice, and Joshua Caldwell; and several niece and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, Aug. 24, at 2 p.m. at the Pleasant Hope Cemetery in Silver Creek, GA.
The family will receive friends on Friday, from 3-8 p.m. at the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, at the end of historic Missionary Ridge, Rossville.
