Danny Lee Everett, 59, of Varnell, GA, died Sunday, September 22, 2013 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
Danny was born July 14, 1954 in Maryville, TN, a son of the late Daniel and Josie Lethco Everett; and was also preceded in death by a brother, Jackie Everett.
Danny was an auto mechanic by trade and worked for over 28 years at the C & W Superette in Cohutta, and at Harris Tire in Cleveland, for over 12 years.
He is survived by his wife, Minnie Watson Everett of the residence; son, Randall Quinn of Dalton; daughters and sons-in-law, Amber Quinn and Tony Wimpy of Cohutta, GA and Tiffany and Shawn Holland of Varnell, GA; grandchildren, Blake Quinn, Destiny Holland, Haylee Holland, Seth Holland, Shayley Wimpy, Shelby Wimpy and T.J. Wimpy; brothers and sister-in-law, Tom and Tina Everett of Chatsworth and John David Everett of North Carolina; sisters and brother-in-law, Deloris Underdown, Cora Jean Cain all of Cohutta, GA, Arrica and Reverend Junior Williams of Villanow, GA and Judy Denise Everett of North Carolina; sister-in-law, Madine Everett; very special friend, Larry Bennett both of Cohutta, GA; and several nieces and nephews.
Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Danny Lee Everett was held Wednesday, September 25, at 2 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Tommy Ridley officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Concord Baptist Church Cemetery in Cohutta, with Kenneth Everett, John Everett, Samuel Everett, Michael Cain, Blake Quinn, Tommy Williams and Gene Spurling serving as pallbearers.
Arrangements are by Ponders Melrose Chapel.
