Sue Ellen Kellett, 66, of Summerville, GA, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2014, in a Rome, GA hospital.
She was born in Floyd County, GA on August 6, 1947, a daughter of the late Roy Gross and Ellen Harbour Gross Harvey, who survives. Mrs. Kellett was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her brother, the late Sonny Gross.
She is survived by her husband, Ricky Kellett; mother, Ellen Harbrour Harvey of Rome; daughters, Suzanne Woods of Trion, Kristy Krueger of Summerville and Cathy Stallings of North Pole, Alaska; son, Lee Roy Kellett, III of Summerville; sister, Peggy Williams of Rome; grandchildren, Amanda Blair, Jarrod Stallings, Joshua Kellett, Anna Krueger, Jacob Stallings, Kyle Krueger and Justin Stallings; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 4 at 1 p.m.. from the J. D. Hill Memorial Chapel of Earle Rainwater Funeral Home, with Pastor Danny Decker officiating. Interment will follow in the family lot of Summerville Cemetery. Active Pallbearers will be Skipper Stewart, Gary Woods, Kirk Kruger, Joshua Kellett, Milford Morgan and Ricky Williams.
