Hixson Wins District 6A/AA Soccer Championship

The Hixson girls soccer team not only won the district 6A/AA championship on Friday afternoon, they won big.  Samantha Green scored six of her teams seven goals to earn the 7-0 win over East Ridge. 

 Morgan Dupree had Hixson's other goal.

Dupree also had three assists. Alex Swafford, Elisabeth Barber, Samantha Green and Savannah Keef all had assists. 

Sydney Rigler had five saves for Hixson. 

Hixson improves to 12-6-0 and will host Grace in the regional tournament.

East Ridge will play at Boyd-Buchanan.
