A six-story downtown office building has sold for $3.2 million.

The Osborne Building Corporation sold the Chestnut Center at the corner of 8th and Chestnut streets to Chestnut Center Partners.

The building has 8,200 square feet of space.

It includes a large computer room with raised floors.

The top floor has a cafeteria.

The building sold four years earlier for $2,060,000.

It was valued by the assessor at $2,325,300.
