Lewis Edward Teem, 84, of Chickamauga, GA, passed away Monday, October 27, 2014.
Lewis was born on February 12, 1930 to the late J.E. “PA” Teem and Mae Parker Teem.
He was a member of the Grand Center Baptist Church and retired from Combustion Engineering.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by wife, Bertha Mae Brown Teem; and brothers, Herman Teem and Allen Teem.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Tim (Becky) Brown, of Chickamauga; brother and sister-in-law, David (Ernestine “Peanut”) Teem of LaFayette; grandchildren, Jacob, Joseph, Andrew and Aaron Brown; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel will be Friday, October 31 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Warren Scott and Rev. Jay Walthour officiating. Interment will follow in the Rock Spring Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, October 30 from 3:30-8 p.m.
