First Baptist Fort Oglethorpe, 2645 Lafayette Road, has started a new Saturday night service called “Ignite.” The service is contemporary and starts at 6 p.m. each Saturday night. The current series that Jason Thomas is teaching is called, “God’s Great Pursuit.”

"If Sunday mornings are hectic for your little ones and you prefer a modern worship style, this is a contemporary and casual worship service option for all types of families on Saturday," officials said.

Childcare is available.

Life Groups are also available.
