Linda Coulter
Linda Faye Coulter died on December 15, 2014.
She was previously employed with the Internal Revenue Service in New Orleans prior to moving to Chattanooga. She received her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Ashford.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lola Coulter and Robert Mills.
She is survived by her children, Gaylin Jackson, Jared Coulter and Joseph Sylvester, Jr.; dear friend, Michelle Comadore, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 23, in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Kenneth Simpson officiating. Interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.
The body will lie in state after noon on Monday, Dec. 22, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
