Robert Alexander Panter, 79, of Pikeville, died on Tuesday, December 23, 2014.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy, and a native of Bledsoe County.
Robert is survived by his wife, Betty S. Panter; children, Robbin J. Martin, Robert Panter, Jr., and Donna A. Cottingham; grandchildren, Allison Panter, Brendan Harvey, Brian K. Martin, and James Dalton Cope; great-grandchildren, Rex H. Ogle, Jr., Candice Ogle, Macey Songer, William Songer.
A private service was held at Panter Family Cemetery.
