Confederate Monument Dedication Is Saturday

N.B. Forrest Camp #3 Sons of Confederate Veterans will hold a Monument Dedication on Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Chattanooga Confederate Cemetery at 850 E.3rd. St.

The monument is in memory of  Private Benjamin J. Howard, who served in Company E of the 19th Alabama Infantry Regiment C.S.A. and was killed on Missionary Ridge on Nov. 25, 1863. 

All are invited to attend. Parking is available on 5th Street with entrance to the cemetery through the stone arch gate.
