Thelma Bradley Smith, 85, of Dalton, GA, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Hamilton Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her father, Carlton Bradley; mother, Mary Ruth Pierce Bradley; her husband, Thurman Smith; grandson, Chip Fetzer; and brother, Sonny Bradley.
Thelma is survived by her children and their spouses, Caryl and Mont Ridley, Kaye and Frank Fetzer Jr, Jeff Smith and Flora all of Dalton and Beth and Curt Lindner of Lawrenceville, GA; brother, Bobby Bradley and sister Ann Sisson both of Chatsworth; grandchildren, Leigh Ann (Robbie) Sharp, Amy (Leo) Day, Lauren (Zach) Elliott, Justin Ridley, Zach (Jessica) Smith, Mary Caitlin (Patrick) Lock, Emily Lindner and Jake Lindner; great-grandchildren, Carson Sharp, Cameron Sharp, Valaree Day, Chase Day, Hannah Day, Ryan Day, Caitlyn Fetzer and Danner Lock; special nieces and nephews; dear friends, Barbara Lindner, James and Sandra Hyde; and the lives of the many sweet children she touched as she cared for them in her home.
Funeral services will be Saturday, February 22 at 3 p.m. in the Chapel of Love Funeral Home with Dr. Bill Floyd officiating. A private graveside service will follow.
The family will receive friends at Love Funeral Home on Friday, February 21 from 5-9 p.m.
