John Vernon Blevins
John Vernon Blevins, 43, of Hixson, Tennessee, died on Friday, March 14, 2014.
He was preceded death by his parents, Jim and Nancy Blevins and sisters, Betty and Linda Blevins.
Survivors include his fiancée, Vickie Coulter; sons, Tyler, Jacob and Hunter Blevins; daughter, Sarah Thompson; brothers, Jimmy and Stan Blevins and sisters, Dorene and Kim Blevins.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 16, in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Smyrna Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the time of the service on Sunday.
