Grand Jury Declines To Indict In Murder Case Against Clements For Slaying Of Fluellen

The Hamilton County Grand Jury has returned a no true bill on a criminal homicide indictment against Lee Antonio "Tome Tome" Clements Jr. for the March 2013 killing of Eric Fluellen.

Fluellen was shot twice in the head on 13th Avenue.

Police said both he and Clements were fellow gang members.

Clements still faces several charges in Criminal Court.

He is set to appear on Monday before Judge Barry Steelman on charges of possession of marijuana for resale, being a felon in possession of a firearm, and criminal trespass. 

Clements had been under a $900,000 bond in the murder case.
