Freeze Warning Issued For Monday Morning

A freeze warning has been issued for the Chattanooga area for Monday morning.

The warning is in effect from 4 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Temperatures are expected to drop into the middle 20s to the lower 30s early Monday morning.

The freezing temperatures are expected to last between 2-4 hours.

Area fruit trees that are beginning to bloom could be at risk as well as vegetable plants.
