Crime Stoppers: Robbery At 1st Volunteer Bank On Highway 58

Crime Stoppers and the Chattanooga Police Department are seeking information and the identity of the suspect from a robbery at the First Volunteer Bank at 4757 Highway 58. 

On April 9, at approximately 10:12 a.m., Chattanooga police responded to a robbery from the First Volunteer Bank.  The suspect approached the teller holding a note.  The teller could see the words “give me your 100s and 20s from the drawer”.  He grabbed a handful of cash from the register and ran out the bank.  The suspect ran on foot to the rear of the lot, jumped the fence, and was last seen running on Oakwood Drive. 

The suspect is a white male 5’6” to 5’8” tall, medium build, mustache, tan pants, and tan jacket.

Anyone with information on the identity of this robbery suspect is asked to contact Crime Stoppers. A confidential call could result in a cash reward.
