Grants of $10,000 from the Lyndhurst and Benwood foundations will provide 10 new parking spaces in the 1400 block of Market Street.
The location is by the old Ellis Restaurant across from the Chattanooga Choo Choo.
Approval to accept the grant comes before the City Council on Tuesday.
