Man who robbed the Cohutta Bank on Highway 58

A robber held up the Cohutta Bank on Highway 153 on Thursday afternoon.

At approximately 2:52 p.m., Chattanooga Police responded to 5613 Highway 153. Officers learned that a black male walked inside the bank and handed the clerk a note demanding money. 

The suspect left on foot with an unknown amount of cash.  No one was injured and no weapons were used or implied by the suspect during the robbery. 

Chattanooga Police ask anyone that may recognize the suspect in the pictures to call 423-698-2525.
