Holder, Louis Dean (Cleveland)

Louis Dean Holder, 77, of Cleveland, TN, passed away Saturday, June 14, 2014 at the family residence. 

Dean was the son of the late Ruby B. Galligan Holder and Floyd Holder. He was a graduate of Tullahoma High School. He worked as a machinist most of his life and he was employed with Altamill Aeronautical Corp in Tullahoma and Maytag here in Cleveland. Dean loved music and played the guitar on the Grand Ole Opry Stage! He loved to fish and he attended the Amazing Grace Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Marie Vaughn Holder of Cleveland; his daughters, Sheila Gay Byrd and her husband Bobby of Tullahoma and Tina Holder of Augusta, GA; his son, Bruce Dean Holder of Columbia, SC; his grandchildren, Christopher Harden and his wife Shante and Robin Harden Wright and her husband Jason; his great-grandchildren, Bam Harden and Harley Wright; and his special friend, Tony Crumley and his wife Shirley of Cleveland.

The Remembrance of Life Graveside Service and Interment will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, from the Red Hill Cemetery with Reverend Isaac Hicks officiating. Family and friends will serve as casket bearers. 

The family will receive friends from 12-2:30 Wednesday, June 18 at the Wildwood Chapel of the Jim Rush Funeral Homes who has charge of the arrangements.
