New Life Baptist Calls Jeff Cox As New Pastor

New Life Baptist Church, 10415 Hamby Road in Soddy Daisy, has called Brother Jeff Cox, effective May 3, 2014 as its new pastor. He grew up in Spring City and completed his B.S Degree in Biblical Studies with concentration in Pastoral Ministries at the Tennessee Temple University. He has 21 years of ministry experience in various capacities including foreign missions and pastoring.  

Bro. Cox stated, "It is my desire and goal to provide the Pastoral leadership and service under the direction and leadership of the Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit to the flock of precious people the He, the Lord Jesus, has called me to Pastor.”

He said, "New Life Baptist Church, Bro. Jeff and Vicki would like to invite you to visit with us if you are looking for a genially warm, friendly and loving church family. We are a sound biblical based church, whose standards and beliefs come from the Bible, - not man’s ideas and preferences."

The community is invited to Weird Animal VBS July 20-23 from 6-8 p.m., four years to fifth grade and Homecoming Sunday on Aug. 17.
