A Strategy For The Unsure Voter

  • Tuesday, July 22, 2014

If  you want to have your voice heard and get out there and vote, it can be challenging to decide which candidate will get your vote.  If you spend some time checking out the candidates and are unsure because they all sound pretty good, what will you do?  Given one, you are busy, and two, you aren't sure who to vote for anyway, will the result be to sit this one out?  I wonder how many might be in this group?

Rather than sit this one out, I have a suggestion that will be a good option for the unsure voter.

If you are not absolutely certain that you really want to keep a particular elected official in a particular position, and if you are not opposed to anything you know about the one challenging the incumbent, then go ahead and give the challenger your vote.  It's that easy.  For example, for me that would be Republicans Weston Wamp for Congress and Joe Carr for Senate.
