  • Friday, September 12, 2014

CapitalMark Bank & Trust announced the launch of the CapitalMark Advantage Forum, an advisory series designed to guide clients and friends on how to strategically enhance and protect their personal wealth and business success. The series is one of many ways CapitalMark seeks to provide the ultimate banking experience to clients.

The second Advantage Forum will take place on September 18 at downtown Chattanooga’s Mountain City Club. The session will be led by keynote speaker and Managing Director of FourBridges Capital Advisors Chris Rowe on the topic Telling Your Story though Financial Projections. Rowe’s presentation will be geared toward business owners considering a transition or capital raise, knowing that buyers and investors are looking at past performance to tell a story about the future of a business. Rowe has extensive experience facilitating mergers and acquisitions, raising debt and equity and valuing companies. Rowe states, “When the time comes to seek financing, sell equity or merge your business, a company's story is best told looking forward.”

Banking Group President Kenny Dyer states, “Offering advisory resources on matters that many small business owners face over the course of their tenure is essential to our client service model. Our dedicated Banker Teams deliver tailored banking solutions coupled with superior service and consultative advice to give our clients the tools they need succeed, which is the ultimate gratification.”

Space is limited. To reserve your spot, email customercare@capitalmark.com or contact a member of your CapitalMark Banker Team.
