  • Friday, September 26, 2014

Jenn Froscher, director of the Raptors Roost Nature Education Center, will be the October presenter at Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency’s October Nature at Noontime. The program will be held on Thursday, Oct. 4 from noon-1 p.m. at the TWRA Region II Ray Bell Building.

Ms. Froscher is a former falconer and current state and federally licensed raptor educator. At the center, she educates the public and brings awareness to Tennessee’s bird of prey. All of the birds at the center in Eagleville are non-releasable.

Hosted by the Information and Education Division, Nature at Noontime is held the first Thursday of each month with the exception of July.

TWRA Nature at Noontime presentations are about natural resources related topics and last about 30-45 minutes, allowing time for discussion during the allotted lunch hour.
