Richard Louv, author of bestseller Last Child in the Woods and The Nature Principle, engaged with students on the Baylor campus Monday before his public lecture in Alumni Chapel that evening.  Mr. Louv, who coined the term nature-deficit disorder, has influenced national policy and helped to inspire campaigns in over 80 cities, states, and provinces throughout North America.

Mr. Louv addressed Baylor students in Upper School and Middle School chapel programs, led a discussion with seniors in William Montgomery's '92 "Wilderness Literature" class, and attended a luncheon with invited guests as well as Baylor Walkabout students and leaders.
