Mary Elizabeth Hambly Walker, 85, of Fort Oglethorpe died on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015.
She was born in Tennessee, Il., to the late Walter and Elizabeth Hambly. Mary was the manager of Dr. Walker Veterinary Clinic in Fort Oglethorpe.
She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Rosalie Smith, William and Robert Hambly.
Survivors include her loving husband of 63 years, Dr. Aubry L. Walker DVM, children, Dr. Catherine (Hugh) King, Dr. Gene Walker DVM, Jerry (Cindy) Walker, Kitty (Elmond) Walker, Judy (Bruce) Hazeltine, Karen Walker, grandchildren, Brooke (Dale) Mobley, Amber Walker, Justin (Jessica) King, Ashlee (William) Dance, Tara and Tyler Hazeltine, great-grandchildren, Jasmine and Camille Mobley, and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 30, at the funeral home.
