The chapters of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Sons of the American Revolution, hosted the Chattanooga Area Historical Association, met Monday evening at the Brainerd Mission Cemetery.  Approximately 50 people were in attendance for the event.

Marti Rutherford introduced Hamilton County Historian Linda Mines who presented a historical program on the mission. Following a question and answer session, CAHA members toured the property and enjoyed reading the historical signs and markers.

The Brainerd Mission Cemetery is owned and maintained by the local DAR/SAR chapters and has a 501-C13 status, making it a non-profit, historical cemetery. Charitable, tax deductible donations are welcome.

The cemetery is open daily.
